Had such a great lunch!!!! Ordered the turkey club n split with my man . Fries were perfectly crispy n so flavorful. Turkey club was delicious. Kids had chicken fingers n fries. They loved! Came with sides of ranch n buffalo. So I found out from waiter that adult chicken fingers comes with 1 extra chicken tender but no fries. Kids cane with a drink n fries . The waiter brought us some tater tots free charge for us to try out. Tater tots for amazing they're perfectly crispy and super tasty. Was a great lunch.

We came for a late breakfast after check out and there were not many people in the restaurant as it was a Thursday. We asked the hostess if we could sit over by the waterfall, and she stated that there was only one server and she could not put us there. It was literally 5 feet from the table that the server was already taken care of. We asked again and she said no. After seating us at a table on the far side, we asked again for her to ask the server. Natalie, the server said of course! It really was literally 5 feet from the other table that she was taking care of. So silly, hostess needs to learn customer service. We ordered breakfast, and everything came out quickly and the eggs and bacon and French toast were done perfectly. No complaints at all with service or food. Being that we sat next to the waterfall, the ambience was nice also. Relaxing and a great way to end our stay.

Very simple food for average prices. It's nice and open with a cute waterfall, away from the machines. Very quick service. Staff is very sweet. Convenient if you don't want to leave the casino

Dined for lunch and ordered their smashed burger which came with fries. I didn't realized you get TWO 4 ounce patties and was pleasantly surprised it was actually juicy. Not to worry about "where's the beef?" LOL! Their fries were crunchy on the outside and pillow soft inside. Perfect! Service was nice too. The ambience is outdated at Harrahs. It can use an upgrade.

This review is focused on the atmosphere and service of the restaurant since I made one mainly on food. I've been dining in this restaurant for a while and it's been so long since I've done that. It seems quite downgraded since they removed the rivers, and only have a waterfall. Feels bland and empty around here About service, they kinda take longer to prep our food. Seems like the restaurant kinda went downhill. However, the food here is still good here though. Really hope that they can somehow make up in certain ways.

Solid 3.5/5 stars Ambiance: 3/5 eh, could use some updates on their decor Service: 5/5 our waitress (a tad on the older side--wish i got her name) was so sweet and thoughtful. We really enjoyed her service Ordered: 1) Club sandwich: 3.5/5 pretty good. The fries were better than the sweet potato fries. 2) Burger: 3.5/5 was pretty good as well. Nothing super special..just a traditional burger!
